Faulty Or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible to arrange a replacement or refund. Please do not discard the original packaging, even if damaged, as it will be needed in order to claim from our couriers in the case of damage.
As many of my pieces are one of a kind, I may not be able to offer an exact replacement but will be happy to discuss alternative options with you. In the event that you choose not to accept such a replacement, a full refund will be made. I will also refund any costs incurred by you in returning a faulty or damaged item.
If You Change Your Mind…
Under the Distance Selling Act, you may return any ready-made item, for any reason, within 14 days of receipt, provided that they have not been used and are returned in their original packaging. A refund of the original purchase price and standard delivery charge will be given. The refund will be made to the same method of payment used to place the original order.
To request a return, please email me in the first instance at email@example.com and I will guide you through the process. A returns form is available if required.
When returning an item, it is your responsibility to ensure you package it securely and send it by an appropriate postal method. It is advisable to obtain a Certificate of Posting if not sent by an insured delivery method, as I cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. You should retain the proof of postage until I inform you that the returned item has been received safely. Please note that except in the case of faulty or damaged goods, return postage costs will not be refunded.
Due to hygiene regulations, once the packaging has been opened I cannot accept the return of earrings unless faulty or damaged.
Commissioned pieces cannot generally be returned unless faulty or damaged, as I involve the customer in every step of the design process. In the unlikely event that you change your mind about a commissioned piece, please get in touch with me to discuss the matter. Any alterations, replacements or refunds made on commissioned pieces are entirely at my discretion and I reserve the right to refuse.
Online and offline gift cards cannot be transferred or refunded.
