All prices are in Pounds Sterling and this is the only currency I can accept. Your card provider will usually convert to your own currency. Please use xe.com for currency conversion if you’d like to find out the equivalent in your own currency.
International orders may be subject to import duty or other customs charges, these will be levied by the buyer’s country and will be the responsibility of the buyer
I accept payment by major credit and debit cards through Square and PayPal.
Payment will be taken immediately upon confirmation of your order.
For custom orders, a deposit of between 25 and 50%, agreed by consultation, will be required to confirm the order. In some cases, for example where high-value gemstones are required, 100% payment will be required in advance. No work will be undertaken until at least a deposit has been received.
COVID-19 & Christmas Update: This is always a busy time of year, but this year Royal Mail is dealing with an unprecedented volume of parcels due to a massive increase in online shopping alongside the Covid 19 pandemic. Although we are still posting out orders as normal, some areas are seeing disruption and delays to delivery. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive and try to order early if your purchase is needed for a particular date or occasion.
Returns & Refunds
Faulty or damaged items
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email me at email@example.com as soon as possible to arrange a replacement or refund. Please do not discard the original packaging, even if damaged.
As most of my pieces are one of a kind, I may not be able to offer an exact replacement, but will be happy to discuss alternative options with you. In the event that you choose not to accept such a replacement, a full refund will be made. I will also refund any costs incurred by you in returning a faulty or damaged item.
If you change your mind…
Under the Distance Selling Act, you may return any ready made item, for any reason, within 14 days of receipt, provided that they have not been used and are returned in their original packaging. A refund of the original purchase price and standard delivery charge will be given. The refund will be made to the same method of payment used to place the original order.
To request a return, please email me in the first instance at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will guide you through the process. A returns form is available if required.
When returning an item, it is your responsibility to ensure you package it securely and send by an appropriate postal method. It is advisable to obtain a Certificate of Posting if not sending by an insured delivery method, as I cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. You should retain proof of postage until I inform you that the returned item has been received safely. Please note that all return postage costs will have to be borne by you except in the case of faulty goods.
Due to hygiene regulations, I cannot accept the return of earrings unless faulty.
Commissioned pieces cannot generally be returned unless faulty, as I involve the customer in every step of the design process. In the unlikely event that you change your mind about a commissioned piece, please get in touch with me to discuss the matter. Any alterations, replacements or refunds made on commissioned pieces are entirely at my discretion and I reserve the right to refuse.
