Prices are subject to change without notice and may vary between my website, other online shops, online and offline markets/events and social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter due to promotions.

All prices are in Pounds Sterling and this is the only currency I accept. Your card provider will usually convert to your own currency. Please use for currency conversion if you’d like to find out the equivalent in your own currency.

International orders, including to the EU following Brexit, may be subject to import duty, VAT or other customs charges, these will be levied by the buyer’s country and are entirely beyond my control. Any such fees, taxes or other levies will be entirely the responsibility of the buyer. In placing an order for delivery outside of the UK, you agree to these terms.

I accept payment online by major credit and debit cards through Square, Stripe and PayPal. You can also pay by direct bank transfer into our bank account, or if eligible, in instalments through PayPal and Clearpay.

Payment will be taken immediately upon confirmation of your order.

Local customers can pay by cash or card in person if you are collecting from Little Magpye. A deposit may be requested before collection is arranged. In person card payments are handled through SumUp.

For custom orders, a deposit of between 25 and 50%, agreed by consultation, will be required to confirm the order. In some cases, for example where high-value gemstones are required, 100% payment will be required in advance. No work will be undertaken until at least a deposit has been received.

Returns & Refunds

Faulty Or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email me at as soon as possible to arrange a replacement or refund. Please do not discard the original packaging, even if damaged, as it will be needed in order to claim from couriers in the case of damage.

As many of my pieces are one of a kind, I may not be able to offer an exact replacement but will be happy to discuss alternative options with you. In the event that you choose not to accept such a replacement, a full refund will be made. I will also refund any costs incurred by you in returning a faulty or damaged item.

If You Change Your Mind…

Under the Distance Selling Act, you may return any ready-made item, for any reason, within 14 days of receipt, provided that they have not been used and are returned in their original packaging. A refund of the original purchase price and standard delivery charge will be given. The refund will be made to the same method of payment used to place the original order.

To request a return, please email me in the first instance at and I will guide you through the process. A returns form is available if required.

When returning an item, it is your responsibility to ensure you package it securely and send it by an appropriate postal method. It is advisable to obtain a Certificate of Posting if not sent by an insured delivery method, as I cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. You should retain the proof of postage until I inform you that the returned item has been received safely. Please note that except in the case of faulty or damaged goods, return postage costs will not be refunded.

Due to hygiene regulations, once any tamper-proof sealed packaging has been opened I cannot accept the return of earrings unless faulty or damaged. This does not apply if the earrings are not sealed in tamper-proof packaging.

Commissioned pieces cannot generally be returned unless faulty or damaged, as I involve the customer in every step of the design process. In the unlikely event that you change your mind about a commissioned piece, please get in touch with me to discuss the matter. Any alterations, replacements or refunds made on commissioned pieces are entirely at my discretion and I reserve the right to refuse.

Online and offline gift cards cannot be transferred or refunded.

Note to my valued customers in the EU

Due to a change in administrative and customs requirements following Brexit and a high rate of delayed, missing and returned/refused packages as a result, shipping to the EU is currently suspended unless by arrangement – please contact us to discuss this prior to ordering. Sincere apologies for the inconvenience, we hope to find a solution that enables us to restart general postage to Europe later in 2023.
